DAY 1 – LISBON
- Arrival at Lisbon. Meet your driver and transfer to the hotel in Lisbon.
- Check in at the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight at the hotel in Lisbon.
DAY 2 – LISBON
Lisbon is the country’s first city and is considered one of the oldest capitals in Europe. Discover on foot the old Alfama district, with its winding alleys, narrow streets, colorful houses, and endless stairs. Walk to Praça do Comércio and the downtown area, essential places in the city’s history. Proceed to the historic district of Belém, where we can find many of the most prestigious monuments of the city, including the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, both good examples of the 16th century’s Manueline style, and finally the Monument to the Discoveries.

DAY 3 – LISBON > SINTRA > CASCAIS > ESTORIL > LISBON
Visit Sintra, a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage site. Discover the charms and history of the town that enchanted kings and poets. Visit to the romantic National Pena Palace. If weather permits, we will then stop at the westernmost point of mainland Europe, Cabo da Roca. On the way to Cascais along the coast, be dazzled by the seascape. Fishing port and tourist center, Cascais is the former summer residence of the Portuguese royal family. In Estoril, place where Ian Fleming got the idea for the James Bond character, we highlight the gardens of one of the largest Casinos in Europe.

- Visit Cabo da Roca (weather permitting).

- Return to Lisbon.
- Overnight at the hotel in Lisbon.
DAY 4 – LISBON > EVORA > LISBON
Évora. Capital of the Alentejo, a large region that occupies almost all southern Portugal, from the Atlantic coast to the Andalusian border. We will wander through its welcoming historic center by discovering the city’s monuments, such as the Roman
Temple, the best preserved in the Iberian Peninsula, built in the Augustan period. We will then descend into the bowels of the Church of San Francesco, to visit the Capela dos Ossos, as disturbing as it is interesting, whose walls are dotted with skulls and bones.

- Return to Lisbon.

DAY 5 – LISBON > SÃO MIGUEL: PONTA DELGADA
- Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
- Transfer from the hotel to Lisbon airport. (Flight from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada- São Miguel Azores).
- At the arrival in Ponta Delgada, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel.
- Rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight at the hotel in Ponta Delgada.
DAY 6 – SÃO MIGUEL: HALF DAY SETE CIDADES + PINEAPPLE PLANTATION
The most remarkable tour at the island is the Western side of São Miguel. Here you can admire not only the western part of the island, but also one of São Miguel’s highlights: SETE CIDADES! Lots of photo taking opportunities. Come with us to have a king’s view over Sete Cidades and admire the margins of this beautiful crater lake. The whole tour is a postcard where this unforgettable lake is to be seen over different perspectives, as well as a beautiful scenery over the narrowest part of the island.

DAY 7 – SÃO MIGUEL – FULL DAY FURNAS
Departure from Ponta Delgada towards Vila Franca do Campo, was the capital of the island of São Miguel and has one of the best-known sweets of the Azores accompanied by magnificent landscapes. The tour continues to Furnas Valley, with the option of a thermal bath in the morning, where you can choose to visit the botanical garden Terra Nostra and enjoy the pool and Jacuzzis or choose to relax in the natural pools of Poça da Dona Beija (entrance fees of both places are not included). Visit to the boilers in the center of the parish. Lunch, served in a local restaurant, is the famous “Cozido das Caldeiras”. The tour continues to the Pico do Ferro viewpoint, overlooking the biggest and oldest volcanic crater on the island. Descent to the north side of the island, with a visit to the Gorreana tea plantations, for years unique in Europe, with the possibility of tasting and buying tea. Return to Ponta Delgada with a stop at the Santa Iria belvedere.

- Continue to Furnas Valley.
- Journey to Pico do Ferro viewpoint.
- Continue to Gorreana tea plantations
- Stop at Santa Iria belvedere
- Return to Ponta Delgada.

DAY 8 – SÃO MIGUEL – FULL DAY NORDESTE
The best and most exciting way to explore the beautiful Eastern part of the island! Depart from Ponta Delgada through the north coast directly to one of Nordeste’s highlights – The Natural Park of Ribeira dos Caldeirões where waterfalls and windmills are to be seen surrounded by luxuriant vegetation. The Tour continues across Nordeste village, known by its beautiful gardens and well-preserved streets where flowers seem to bloom in every corner. Following to the viewpoints of the northeast side of the island: Ponta do Arnel, Ponta do Sossego e Ponta da Madrugada, these viewpoints are known by its beautiful and colorful gardens, offering an awesome view over the steep east coast and the sea. Picnic for lunch will be served in one of the viewpoints. The next stop will be in Povoação Village, situated in the most south-eastern part of the island, is where the first Portuguese navigators arrived. Povoação means settlement because it was in fact the first settlement of the island. After the adventure follows to Salto do Cavalo, let’s give you an unforgettable scenery of both villages Furnas and Povoação.

DAY 9 – SÃO MIGUEL: HALF DAY LAGOA DO FOGO + RIBEIRA GRANDE
The heart of the island of São Miguel is an unforgettable tour! Departure from Ponta Delgada heading to the north coast of the island to visit the city of Ribeira Grande and its surroundings. In Ribeira Seca we will make a short stop at a Renaissance fountain, which bears witness to times past. Arriving at the city center, we will already perceive the baroque architecture of the 17th and 18th century buildings, of which we willvisit the most important ones, in a short walk. Before leaving the city, a stop to enjoy a beautiful volcanic sand beach. Taking now the mountain road we continue to the interior of the island with a visit to Hot Spring of Ribeira Grande, a thermal area surrounded by vegetation. The ride continues to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Portugal the Lagoa do Fogo.
