Tour Features
Enjoy the distinctive flavors of Tuscan Wines: Brunello di Montalcino, Carmignano, Chianti, Chianti Classico, Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. These are six classic wines of Tuscany all with D.O.C.G certification (the highest given to Italian wines). Each day of your Wine Tour, you will travel to one of these wine regions to visit wineries using their unique grape varieties. You will be able to indulge and appreciate these fine wines in the places where the grapes are grown and where the wines are produced. To make this trip complete, enjoy sampling Olive Oil and eating rustic Tuscan fare along with your own private and authentic cooking lesson to compliment your tour. Your accommodation will be a beautiful room in an agriturismo (renovated farmhouse) overlooking nearby fields. Agritourisms are working farms and usually grow grapes and olives & when in season you can witness the wine and olive harvest. This tour is second to none and you will surely treasure the memories of your Tuscan countryside experience.
